AIA FORM #G701-may be used as written documentation of changes in the work, contract sum or contract time that are mutually agreed to by the owner and contractor.
AIA FORM #G702-provides convenient and complete forms with which the contractor can apply for payment and the architect can certify payment is due.
AIA FORM #G703-breaks the contract sum into portions of the work in accordance with a schedule of values required by the general conditions.
AIA FORM #G704- is a standard form for recording the date of substantial completion of the work or a designated portion thereof.
AIA FORM #G706A- in the event that the owner requires a sworn statement of the contractor stating that all releases or waivers of liens have been received.
AIA FORM #G707- the owner may preserve its rights under bonds by obtaining the surety's approval of final payment to the contractor and its agreement that final payment will not relieve the surety of any of its obligations.

It is intended for use on medium-to-large sized projects where payment is based on either a stipulated sum or the cost of the work plus a fee, with or without a guaranteed maximum price.
AIA FORM #A111-a standard form of agreement between owner and contractor for use where the basis of payment is the cost of the work plus a fee with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price.
AIA FORM #A201-an integral part of the contract for construction for a large project and they are incorporated by reference into the owner-contractor agreement. They set forth the rights, responsibilities, and relationships of the owner, contractor, and architect.
AIA FORM #A305- a standard contractor's qualification statement. It is a standard form for contractors to provide information about their experience and financial and organizational capacity.
AIA FORM #A310-a one-page form that establishes the maximum penal amount that may be due to the owner if a selected bidder fails to execute the contract and provide any required performance and payment bonds, 1970.
AIA FORM #A312-This form incorporates two bonds covering first, the contractor's performance, and second, the contractor's obligations to pay Subcontractors and others for materials and labor.
AIA FORM #A701- for use when competitive bids are to be solicited for construction of the project.
